Welcome to Puerto Rico! To ensure your arrival in San Juan is as smooth as possible, we have a streamlined curbside pickup process. Please follow these steps to find your ride:
Communication is Key: Your driver will contact you via text message the day before your arrival.
- Verify your info: Please ensure the phone number provided in your reservation is accurate.
- Confirm: It is very important that you reply to your driver so they can coordinate the timing of your landing.
Luggage & Porter Assistance
- Airport Rules: Per SJU regulations, drivers are not permitted to assist with luggage inside the baggage claim area.
- Need Help? Professional porters are available in the baggage claim area to help you move heavy bags to the curb (they typically work for tips and Wear a simple uniform like a grey shirt and black pants).
- At the Car: Once you reach the vehicle, your driver will be more than happy to help you load and arrange all your luggage safely in the car.
Finding Your Driver (The Column System): Once you have your bags and exit the sliding doors toward the terminal curb:
- Look for Numbers: You will see columns or pillar with large numbers (as shown in the photos below).
- Check Your Texts: Your driver will text you the specific Column Number where they are parked.
- Meet Up: If you cannot find the driver’s column, simply tell your driver which column number you are standing next to, and they will pull up to your exact spot within moments.
- If you plan to use porters to assist with your luggage, please inform the porter that your driver will be waiting at the column number provided by the driver. The porter will then know where to go and will guide you to the correct location.
We Track Your Flight
- Real-Time Monitoring: Your designated driver will monitor your flight status in real-time. Whether you arrive early or are stuck in a delay, we will be waiting for you outside the terminal when you land.
- Update Us: If your flight number changes or you miss your flight, please contact your driver immediately via the text thread started the day before.
