Information Shared With Drivers

• To ensure a smooth pickup and safe transport, we share only the necessary details with your assigned driver. This is limited to:

  • Your Full Name

  • The Pickup & Drop-off Addresses

  • Your Phone Number (for coordination at the time of service)
    
    

  Drivers do not have access to your billing address, credit card information, or full booking or futures pickup history. and they even dont know how much you pay for the service.

Automated Marketing & Communications

We use marketing and automation tools including AutomateWoo, Brevo automations, and the Twilio platform for automated text messages to improve your experience and communicate effectively. By booking with us, you acknowledge that we may use your data for:.

• • Booking Reminders: Automated notifications regarding your upcoming trip via email or SMS.

  • Review Requests: Following your trip, we may send an automated request for feedback or a service review.

  • Marketing Communications: If you have opted-in at checkout, we may send you occasional promotional offers or updates about our services.

• Order Records: We keep booking records for tax, accounting, and legal purposes for the duration required by Puerto Rico law.
