To provide taxi and limo services, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number (for SMS/WhatsApp), and physical addresses.
• Booking Data: Pickup/drop-off locations, flight information, and special requirements via Limo Anywhere.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through our third-party PCI-compliant processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected via cookies.

Google Consent Mode v2 & Cookies

We use CookieYes to manage your privacy preferences. In compliance with Google’s 2024–2026 requirements:

• Consent Signals: Our site uses Google Consent Mode v2 to send signals (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization) to Google based on your interaction with our cookie banner.
• Opt-Out: You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” icon on our website.

Limo Anywhere & Third-Party Services

Our booking system is powered by Limo Anywhere.

• Dispatch & Tracking: Your trip data is shared with Limo Anywhere for dispatching, driver assignment, and real-time tracking.
• Data Security: Limo Anywhere maintains industry-standard security to protect your reservation data.

SMS & WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive ride updates and receipts via text or WhatsApp.

• In compliance with TCPA (Federal Law), we do not send marketing texts without your explicit “opt-in.”
• You may “Opt-Out” of messages at any time by replying STOP.

Compliance with Puerto Rico & Federal Law

• PR Law 151-2004: We take the security of your personal information seriously. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) and affected users as required by law.
• California/Global Standards: While based in Puerto Rico, we honor “Right to be Forgotten” requests. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@citycabpr.com.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill transportation services, comply with tax/legal obligations in Puerto Rico, or resolve disputes.
